We ship by UPS Ground to USA address only. 2nd day and next day options are available. Orders are normally processed in 24 to 48 hrs.
As an exception we can ship to PO.Box or APO/FPO by USPS, but please contact customerservice@diguniverse.com before placing an order.
Additionally, please keep in mind that USPS does not provide tracking numbers for their Parcel post, 1st class, APO or FPO shipments. USPS does provide delivery confirmation for priority mail shipments. If a customer claims no receipt of a package shipped via USPS, Digital Universe will not be responsible for any claims or credits.
Return Policy
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from DIGITAL UNIVERSE prior to the return of any merchandise by faxing RMA form to us. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
RMA numbers are valid for a period of 15 days only.
Defective returns are eligible for return only within 15 days from DIGITAL UNIVERSE invoice. After 15 days, all products must be referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair. (Some manufacturers may have stricter return policies.) Please refer to the applicable catalog product page for details if stricter policies apply.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
Factory sealed product in re-sellable condition may be returned at DIGITAL UNIVERSE discretion. Non-defective opened products will not be considered for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at the current DIGITAL UNIVERSE selling price less a 20% restocking fee.
Where applicable, a fee up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer's box/packing.
Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee. Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return credit. Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise at DIGITAL UNIVERSE.
Sale of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items may be returned for credit as per normal DIGITAL UNIVERSE policies.
Plasma TVs are not eligible for return to DIGITAL UNIVERSE.
Most TV/Monitors 30"/projections products and Samsung TV's 14" or larger to not qualify under normal DIGITAL UNIVERSE Return Policy. Contact Samsung @ 1 -800-SAMSUNG for service.
Most TV's/Monitors 30" or larger and projection products require in-field service repairs under manufacturer's warranty. These products are not eligible for return. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer for troubleshooting repair service.
DIGITAL UNIVERSE follows all manufacturer return policies. Please reference the applicable product page to determine those products that do not qualify under normal return policy.
